You loose meat when you shoot the back legs

CHECK STATION - COLD STORAGE - BUTCHERING SERVICE - OPEN FOR NEW JERSEY SEASON

Hello hunters,  I need to let you know that if you shoot a deer in the back legs, you will loose meat!

The back legs are where you get most of the good meats from.

When a deer is shot in the back legs here's what happens, after skinning, and de-boning, trimming can take you 10 minutes, or it can take a half hour.  look at the pictures!

Here is a back strap shot up

one back leg right through the center

this went through the best cut from the back leg,

It is my job to give back fresh wholesome meats, people count on me for  quality work.

If you feel you need to get a lot of meat back, don't shoot the back legs.

After  skinning, de-boning, trimming, spending more time cleaning up a "shot up" deer, you get less meat back.

 Basically everyone looses.

I hope seeing this description will give you more incite about what's going on, with a gun shot wound.

Respectfully, and trying to do good, honest business, I just thought you should be aware of these facts.

I also would like to show you a deer that was left outside and was eaten by cats. Its not pretty.
